How Agency Referrals Work

Bridgeway Housing Network works in collaboration with referring agencies to help households navigate the private rental market.

Submit a Referral

Agencies  submit a referral on behalf of a household with a rental assistance program voucher.

Intake Review

Our team reviews the referral information to understand housing needs and program requirements.

Housing Navigation Support

If appropriate, Bridgeway works with the household to support next steps in the rental process

Who Can Submit a Referral

Bridgeway accepts referrals from organizations supporting households with rental assistance program vouchers, including:


  • Social service agencies
  • Housing programs
  • Case managers
  • Community organizations
  • Supportive housing providers
  • Homelessness prevention programs

Important Information for Referring Agencies

Submitting a referral does not guarantee housing placement or eligibility for housing navigation services. Each referral is reviewed individually.



    • Households must have an active rental assistance program voucher
    • Additional information may be requested after the referral is reviewed
    • Bridgeway works collaboratively with referring agencies when possible

    Bridgeway Housing Network does not replace the role of the referring agency and works alongside agencies to support housing navigation efforts.
