  • About Bridgeway Housing Network

Bridgeway Housing Network is a nonprofit organization focused on preparing households with rental assistance program vouchers to successfully navigate the private rental market.

We work alongside households, agencies, and housing providers to ensure households are fully prepared before entering the rental process, reducing delays and improving housing outcomes.

How Bridgeway Works

Bridgeway Housing Network operates at the intersection of housing programs and the private rental market. Our role is to ensure households are prepared before entering the rental process through structured intake, readiness review, and coordination with agencies and housing partners.

When licensed real estate activity is needed, such as housing search, landlord engagement, and lease coordination, that work is handled separately through our affiliated brokerage, Hearthway Realty.

Bridgeway’s model is designed to separate preparation from licensed real estate activity, ensuring each part of the housing process is handled where it is most effective.
